SINOTRUK National VI 16-18 ton fire trucks.

Water tank fire trucks or foam fire trucks are optional. It is modified from the SINOTRUK ZZ5357TXFV464MF5 chassis. The vehicle consists of two parts: the firefighter’s crew cab and the body. The crew cab is an original double row and can seat 2+4 people.

The vehicle has an exposed tank, with an equipment box in the front, a water tank in the middle, and a pump room in the rear.

The liquid-carrying tank is made of high-quality steel, with a capacity of 16,000 to 18,000L. It is equipped with a CB10/60 vehicle fire pump produced by Shanghai Rongshen Fire Fighting Equipment Co., Ltd.

The PS60 vehicle fire cannon produced by Chengdu West Fire Machinery Co., Ltd. is installed on the roof, with a range of ≥65 meters.

The biggest features of this vehicle are its large fluid capacity, good maneuverability and easy maintenance. It can be widely used in public security fire brigades, factories, enterprises, communities, docks and other places to put out general material fires or oil-based special material fires.

The fire protection performance of the entire vehicle meets the requirements of the GB7956-2014 standard; the chassis has passed the national compulsory product certification; the engine emissions comply with the requirements of the sixth phase limit value of GB17691-2018 (National VI standard); the entire vehicle has passed the inspection of the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center .

Tank part

1. Made of high-quality carbon steel material, the frame is welded, and vertical and horizontal anti-sway plates are installed in the tank to reduce the impact of water in the tank on the tank body during vehicle driving; (304 stainless steel material is optional)

2. The front and rear wall panels of the tank are folded with trapezoidal folding ribs to make the tank have sufficient strength and stiffness.

3. The inside of the tank is treated with epoxy anti-corrosion.

Equipment box and pump room

1. The fire pump is located at the rear of the vehicle, with a rear pump room. There is a water outlet and a water inlet on the left and right sides of the pump room.

2. The equipment box adopts a new type of easy-open high-strength aluminum alloy rolling shutter door, and the internal equipment bracket adopts aluminum alloy profiles produced by European technology. The equipment box structure can be flexibly arranged according to requirements to maximize space utilization. Storage structures such as new sliding brackets, carriages or high-strength plastic storage boxes can be used in the equipment box to make full use of the limited space inside the carriage;

Electrical configuration

1. The front end of the top of the cab is a long row of 100W sirens, warning lights, and megaphones.

2. There is a remote-controlled fire lighting lamp behind the vehicle body. There are red and blue strobe lights on both sides of the vehicle, and safety sign lights are installed below.

3. The crew room, equipment box, and pump room are all equipped with lights.

4. All operating switches, instruments, equipment racks, etc. have nameplates that comply with specifications.
